[ Kido's request for the gifts to be opened later was mostly so she doesn't have to be there when they're opened, but the other way around doesn't matter and she crouches down so she can use her lap as a table to open the wrapper, using her finger to undo the tape so she can keep the wrapper neat and whole without ripping it.
