She really doesn't even want to look back into the tent, shooting Killua a wilting look but forcing herself to do so anything— and she doesn't even need to squint hard, because the customer comes out laughing, one hand pushing aside the flap of the tent while pausing at the exit to turn and say something to the person sitting at the table, a student in twin tails with a bright smile on her face and waving goodbye with both hands up. Kido can hear her chipper "bye-bye!" from where she stands, such a contrast to the low voice that she remembers hearing. ]
