Rather than losing your soul, isn't the problem getting possessed by whatever weird soul you're summoning? They're evil spirits! That's why you're not supposed to play that sort of game! Besides, it's not a game you can play by yourself anyways, and telling everybody the same thing- going back to where we all came from- it doesn't make sense since none of us can do that!
