[ luckily, ananke can summon any vanishing bunnies whenever she wants, recalling them as soon as they disappear. so, despite that she's also tied up, she brings forth another few small buns on her shoulder. no words need to be said for the creatures to understand why they've been brought out and they quickly get to work, scampering to end of her arm to try and joining together so they can reach the hilt with its little pawsie-wasies. of course, the knife is far too heavy for one to actually carry properly, but with their combined effort, they're able to pull the weapon up just enough for ananke to grab hold of it. without wasting any time at all, she takes the knife and starts to work on the noose that has been suffocating rei for so long. it takes two proper movements to cut through the rope but as soon as that's done, ananke makes quick work of the thin strings that wrapped themselves around herself, rei, and akira. ]
[ ... of course, this means that they're all going to immediately start falling but ananke figures that akira seems bright enough to think of a way to stop them from becoming flattened pancakes. also, her healing is powerful enough that it can heal nearly any wound so even if they don't find any way to prevent their painful landing, she can just heal them up, smack akira and rei on the back, and have them get to work. ]
