I know of kami that can create barriers to keep people in and anyone who isn't permitted out. I also know of kami that could create their own spaces to exist in.
I've... actually kind of wondered if that's what this whole world is. A creation of an incredibly powerful, ancient kami. But I still don't know...
[There's supplies here, yet there's no way for the supplies to get to the town. The people repeatedly fail to notice the oddities surrounding the persona users. The entire chunk of land they can travel through apparently loops on itself.
