Unfortunately, after a skill is deleted, it'll have to be relearned through a bonus (or other special cases like Attendant requests). Since there's only 8 skill slots, previously learned skills are replaced by new ones and can't be swapped back in.

Special skills like Wolvaan and Null Poison are through bonuses only, and aren't on the skill list players can choose to gain through submitting threads.
