[Red had absolutely no idea what anyone was talking about earlier, so he just sat down in front of the barrier and watched quietly, anxiously, as all of this unfolded, holding Pikachu close to him on his lap.
When the others start encouraging Sasuke to share his hopes and dreams, though, he starts smiling. Red understands better than most people how hard it can be to express yourself, especially in front of a group like this, but Sasuke speaks up without Red needing to chime in himself. His words resonate a lot with Red too. He also wants everyone here to make it out of this place alive more than anything else, and he used to have a very similar dream himself. No, he still has it. If someone like Red could finally find the means to begin fulfilling that dream, then he knows Sasuke can do it too.

He gently lowers Minato to the ground, completely releasing him from his Psychic jail cell, and takes a moment to recover before he applies it to Souji instead, whisking him away from Charizard and Blastoise and over to where everyone else is. Once you're all done congratulating Sasuke or whatever, can you sappy losers talk to this loser, too???]
