Okay, mods. I had a ridiculous idea this morning and I need to know if it'll work. I want to magically merge the house Terry lived in during his 40k year leave with the current Black Cat house as the second floor. The second floor will be comprised of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. No living room. One of the bedrooms were a "library", basically tons of bookshelves with books. Not an actual grand library. Another room was like an "office" room. Maybe Orien can use this room as the medical treatment room. Two other bedrooms were empty.

My questions are these:

1) Is it actually possible to magically merge it into the Black Cat house as a second floor? Complete with stairs and new roofing and stuff.
2) How many bonuses will this take?

Also, please don't feel pressured in trying to make this work. I know it's a really reaching request to begin with.
