From what I've heard, I believe so. It's all Minato and Souji, despite them not... really being involved with the dungeons at all. They don't really go inside them, and all they do is ask us to bring some parts of Shadows back sometimes.

Terrence and I were talking about whether the memories were meant for us to see, or if they were meant to rile up those two. Apparently, they're seeing them the same time we are.
