[ after fucking off from the dungeon, leaving the daitengu all alone and sad (invite them too, guys :'( ), it's time to have fun. at whatever agreed upon time, the ou hirajiro gang is here to finally get some good r&r. rei has been extremely excited so she's early in front of the bathhouse, holding a bag of her belongings. she waves down anyone she sees. come faster!! let's get this show on the road! ]

It's like kind of chewy, but also flaky and bland, but like not bad, but not a lot of salt, which is probably why they usually have salt on them!

[ Rei and Toki can have fun while Kido is in the hot tub and abandons them to do whatever. ]

Mmhm, with lots of salt. Maybe there's ones with the large salt crystals that crunch when you bite down on them.

[ watch rei show up in the hot tub with soapy smelling breath... but off they go to the tea shop so rei doesn't eat any soap... for now. ]

[It's too late, but Toki snatches one last soap pretzel off the stand to give to Rei later when Kido's not watching.]

[ toki is literally her new favourite person. she needs to give him a nickname. i guess whenever kido lets go of rei's hand, maybe to punch terry, rei will be here so she can get that sweet soap pretzel. :9 ]

[ i'm going to tag toki here just because. anyway, here is a tiny teacup pom with a cute picture that haki linked. she's tiny and she's bound to get stepped on so she's trying to find someone familiar who can protect her. ]

[ while toki is around the dining area, rei will run up to him and let out a small bark. hello!! ]

[Toki jumps at the barking. It wasn't that loud or powerful, but it's still barking and he feels like he's having a heart attack. He looks around quickly for any sign of dogs ready to eat him, and there's nothing. It takes him a minute to notice Rei down on the floor in front of him.

Oh my god. She's so cute. He doesn't know much about dogs, so he doesn't know if she'll grow into a giant one and be scary or not, but... she's so cute.

Toki crouches and hesitantly reaches out to pet her. He can't resist cute and fluffy things.]

[ his entire hand might as well just cover her entirely because she's absolutely tiny. she certainly doesn't mind it, though, nuzzling her head against his hand. her tail is wagging and she's very happy so she lets out another small bark, but that's more like a happy "boof". she likes toki! she is glad to run into him. ]

[Toki moves his hand back a little when she barks again. He's a little too afraid to pick her up, though he wants to, because so cute. He sits on the floor and resumes the petting, with one finger instead of his entire hand. She's so soft.]

Hello, d-dog...

[ the petting with just the finger helps her see better and she looks up at him. she's not trying hard at all to hide the fact that she's not really a dog because she lifts up one of her small paws to wave it at him. ]

[ hello, toki-kun!! ]

[Toki hallucinates a lot, and a waving dog is far from the strangest thing he's seen. He waves back.]

You're not really scary...

[ she shakes her head. no, she's not scary at all. in fact, she'll try to stand on her back legs and hold her paws out. please pick her up! she doesn't want to get squished underneath someone's foot! ]

[He makes a little squeeing noise; look at her, wanting to be picked up. He gently scoops Rei up into his hands and stands up. He holds her about a foot away from him. She's very tiny and he shouldn't be at all afraid of her, but he is. A sudden burst of panic, just waiting for her to turn into some monster dog and eat him.

He has very conflicting feelings on pom Rei.]

[ conflicting feelings that she doesn't know so when she's picked up, she's happy, but why is she a foot away? this is so awkward. she paws at his hands, trying to indicate that she wants to be closer, but maybe it just comes off as something else. it's really hard being a do and not being able to speak. ]

[In the end, the cute wins out and Toki brings her closer, holding her against his chest. She's so tiny and cute and he has made up his mind that she can't possibly be a horrible dog monster. Those thoughts must be shelved away.]

[ she lets out a small yap happily because yes, she is finally brought in closer and she appreciates the compliment. she nuzzles against him happily before she takes a small step back to look at him and yap again, excitingly. ]

[ let's go do something! even if she's a tiny dog, she still wants to do bathhouse things! ]

[Rei may regret doing bathhouse things with Toki. He's going to bring her over to the women's bath and use her as a cute accessory to endear himself to the multiple women he's going to flirt with.]
