[They've been here for about ten minutes and Akira has not yet given in to the temptations of the bathhouse. Literally he's just eating some cake that Terry paid for, and sitting in the lobby waiting for everyone else to be done.]

We're really doing this, huh.

[Jiro leans against the wall in the lobby and eyes the cake. He'll find some of that later.]

Is this why it took you guys so long to kill the other Daitengu?

[They went to the bathhouse while the town burned and flooded.]

...It's also the first opportunity for an offensive at once. If we had attacked as a team, it might have been easier to take the tengu down.

[Before, it was all smaller groups of one or two coming in to beat up the bird over a longer span of time, which presumably gave it time to heal between each encounter.]

[Jiro is always up for free food, and he'll visit the tea room at least five times while they're here.]

I'm gonna get some of that cake, then.

[Jiro raises an eyebrow at Akira's decision to go with him. He's suspicious. Akira already has cake, what the fuck is he doing? But to the tea room.]

[Also, one slice of cake is not enough for a full meal. He needs at least two more, and some hot tea, and some more of the daifuku, and possibly also some parfait.]

[As soon as they get there, Akira's saying this over his shoulder because he's getting more daifuku.]

[Jiro won't say no to food, even if it's in some spa team room. He takes the daifuku out of the cup and eats the whole thing at once.]

It's not bad.
