[OPEN] 12/14 SOMETHING HAPPY BEFORE WE DESCEND BACK INTO DESPAIR

[ It was decided that the wedding would take place at the castle, somewhere that was quaint, small, and personal. Now that the bottom two floors have been restored, it looks nicer than its original run-down state. Added with all the decorations, all pink and yellow with plenty of cute things, it certainly has taken a completely new look, one that's appropriate for a celebration. ]

[ There'll be the actual wedding ceremony itself where everyone can sit in their seats with 52 cats that are wearing matching white knitted sweaters and then there'll be the party afterwards where everyone is allowed to eat and drink as much as they want. There is no particular dress requirement for the wedding except for one: everyone must wear a flower clown as soon as they enter the castle grounds. ]

[Toki fumbles with the buttons on his pants and then lets them fall to the floor. He's not wearing underwear, because it would be Terry's and that's going too far. He gets into the bath too quickly, spilling water over the side and all over the floor.

Trying to hide in the tub is impossible for someone his size, and the further he slouches down, the more his knees stick out of the water. He should be fine with this shared bath, but he feels all hot and cold at the same time.]

Y-your turn...

[ Rei buries her face into the towels so she doesn't have to watch Toki strip out of his pants and get in the tub. She doesn't dare to look up until she hears him say that it's her turn and she peeks a single eye upwards before returning to her towels. ]

D... Don't look!

[ Not that it really matters since she's going to get in the tub with him in a few seconds, but at least she'd be mostly underwater. When she makes sure that Toki is not staring, she'll put down the towels and begin to undress. Undressing in front of Kido at the bathhouse was easy because they were both girls, but it's completely different in front of a boy... so she fumbles, taking longer than usual to strip down. Once she finishes, she just throws the clothes onto the sink counter, not bothering to put them down gently or folding them because the longer she stands out here naked, the more she feels like she's going to explode. ]

[ She's slower to get into the tub, not wanting to step on Toki as she enters. Should she face away from him, with her back against him or face him? Either one sounds equally embarrassing but she chooses the latter. She doesn't want him to think that she doesn't want to see him, but then again, she's too flustered to even look at him when he only has a shirt off... ]

I-I'm in...

[ Unlike Toki who tried to sink into the water, Rei is already small so she doesn't need to do much to get covered. She has her knees up to her chest and part of her face resting on it. ]

[Toki didn't look, as instructed. Once Rei gets settled, he finally looks up from the bubbles. Now that they're both in the bath, he's relaxing a little. He sinks lower, and slides one foot over to run up her leg.]

[ Rei is not relaxing at all. With her legs up and her face hidden behind her knees, she's still trying not to look at Toki. She's so focused on trying to calm herself down, going into a mental mantra, that when a foot is suddenly slid up her leg, she nearly jumps and a bit of water goes splashing over the edge of the tub. ]

T-Toki! Your foot is on my side!

[That's not a good reaction.]

Ah! Sorry!

[He can't just ask her what she likes, because Rei has obviously never done this before. Toki brings his foot back and puts more distance between them. That means he has to stop slouching into the water, so Rei gets look at his naked chest again, with all the water dripping down.]

[In the tub, without clothes, it's fine.]

[ Perhaps being direct is better than tip-toeing around because Rei won't really get it otherwise. Plus, the foot thing didn't bother her that much. It just took her off guard and with how flustered she is, it just made her react a lot... stronger than she normally would. ]

[ It's totally fine. Cuddling is always fun. Naked cuddling is just the next step, right? Yeah, it's okay. So she finally lowers her knees and slowly makes her way over to Toki. She's faced with the same question that she had when she first entered the tub. Front or behind? Behind will be a lot less embarrassing, but she wants to hug him too so in the end, she decides to go for the former. She presses up against him, wrapping arms around his neck, and resting her head against his shoulder. Luckily, her hair isn't as long as it used to be so this bath isn't just a sea of hair. ]

[Toki holds her close, and suddenly the bath seems a lot warmer. He gives her a quick kiss on the cheek, fine with moving slow now that they're touching.]

[Rei is soft and gentle and not the type of girl he's ever been with. It's very much a contrast to his last time; where Jolyne was tall and hard and rough.]

You're beautiful, Rei. I love you so much.

[ This is nice. The embarrassment is there, being pressed up to him like this, but it's starting to fade. The longer that they stay like this, the more she'll start to feel comfortable. If they even stayed like this for the rest of their bath, she doesn't think that she'd mind it very much. ]

Ehehe, I love you too, Toki.

[ She pulls back by just a bit to kiss him quickly on the lips, but she doesn't go back to resting her head against him again. Her face is flushed as she looks up at him. ]

Umm, i-if there's anything I can do to make you happy, just let me know!

This is fine.

[Toki cups her cheek and leans down for another kiss, a longer and slower one.]

Do you like that?

[ She moves her hands onto his shoulders to steady herself as she tilts her head into the kiss. This is new, not like the other kisses they've had, but she likes it. When he pulls back, there's still a light flush over her cheeks but it's starting to get better. She's at least not shouting or getting as flustered. ]

Mmhm.

[ She's the one to initiate the next kiss, pushing herself upwards for something similar, longer and deeper. Of course, it's sloppy. She's never done anything like this before so perhaps it's a little forceful or rough. ]

[Rei taking some initiative and being a little rough spurs Toki on to be more aggressive about it himself. He pulls Rei closer against him and deepens the kiss, his tongue gently probing her mouth. Now is the time to mention he has a tongue ring.]

[ She parts her mouth just enough to meet his tongue with her own. The tongue ring is definitely a strange sensation, but not something that's unwanted. She'll just have to get used to it, so she doesn't pull away. She stays pressed up against him, not as embarrassed as before, and leans into the kiss. ]

[ What should she do with her hands? Should she move them? Having them on his shoulders so she could steady herself is nice, but he's already holding her so it's unnecessary. Perhaps if she moves her hands downwards, it'd be better. It'd certainly be less awkward, she thinks, so she slowly and hesitantly slides them down from his shoulders to the sides of his chest. If he doesn't like it or approve of it, he can always stop her. ]

[He shivers a little as her hands move down. The combination of her hands and the colder air on wet skin is good. He moves his mouth from hers to start kissing her neck a little roughly.]

[ Her breath hitches when he moves to her neck. It's a little rough, but it still nice. She doesn't stop him and she cranes her head in a way that gives him more space to work with. ]

T-- Toki--

[ Her grip on him tightens slightly. ]

Wh-What should I do?

[Follow your instincts, Rei. Toki moves one hand from her back to her chest; a light touch over one breast to see how that goes.]

[ That's not much for her to follow on, but it's easy enough to understand. Right now, she likes all of this. She wants him to continue and when he places a hand over her chest (something as small as she is), she places a hand over his own. She then reaches to grab Toki's other hand to place over her other breast, silently letting him know that it's all right. He can touch her wherever he wants. ]

[Toki smiles a little, knowing he's not moving too fast for her. He continues with light touches over her breasts, and grazing her nipples with his thumbnails occasionally. One hand trails lower, under the water, to her hip.]

[ She wishes that she can do something for him as well. She can tell what feels good for herself, based on what he's doing, but it's hard to figure out the other way around and do something. Well, at least with all the water and the cramped space they're currently occupying. ]

M-Maybe... we should get out of the tub?

[ Although she's gotten slightly bolder and less flustered by this point, it's still hard to look at Toki in the eyes as she speaks. ]

[The water's getting colder already, and Toki would have had a hard time with the mechanics of odd angles and no space. Other people also use this tub...]

Y-yeah. That's... yeah.

[He nods, and he's waiting for Rei to get out first because she couldn't look at him before they started and well...]

[ When Toki doesn't move to leave first, Rei gets the idea. Right. Okay. She can do that. Nothing to be flustered about since Toki has already been touching her so having him watch while she gets out should be a walk in the park... but why does it seem so much embarrassing to think that he would be staring at her? ]

[ Letting go of Toki, she slowly and carefully exits, but she doesn't go to immediately cover herself. She doesn't even go for the towel. Instead, she stands next to the tub and holds out her hands, finally looking Toki in the eye. The red flush across her cheeks have darken by a bit and it looks like she's trying very hard to hold her composure, but she's holding through, offering to help Toki up. ]

[Oh. He was expecting her to cover herself and turn away. Toki takes her hand, his other one placed on the rim of the tub. He has a more awkward time extricating himself from the bath while still holding Rei's hand. It's him who break eye contact as he stands, because he's erect and though it's weird for him to feel embarrassed about it after everything he's done, it's just... right there in front of her.

He clears his throat and grabs a towel to offer her without a word. They can't wander naked through the house.]

[ Rei can't help but stare until Toki clears his throat. She embarrassingly snaps her head away to the side, trying not to pretend that she wasn't looking or anything like that, and she takes the towel. ]

Thank you...

[ She dries the ends of her hair and her body before she wraps the towel around herself. She slowly pulls open the bathroom door, just enough for her to peek out and see if anyone is around. The coast is clear so she gingerly takes Toki's hand to take him to their now shared room. ]

[Toki closes the door quietly once they get inside. Then he's pulling Rei towards him to lean down and give her another kiss.]

Do you still want to...?

[Before they get too far.]

[ One hand holds his shoulder as he leans down for the kiss. She looks up at him and nods without hesitation. This is why they came to the bedroom, so they could continue, so she doesn't want to stop here. Quietly, she holds his hand to bring him over to the small single bed, still not replaced with one properly big enough for the two of them. She'll sit on the edge while gently pulling for Toki to sit down next to her. She'll take off her towel to place on the headboard. ]

[Rei's so neat; Toki would have thrown the towel on the floor in a random direction. Instead of more hand-holding or soft kisses, Toki lies down on the bed, and pulls her down with him. It is a small bed, but Toki isn't complaining.]
