12/25 fake timeline xmas party

[ On Christmas day, all the Persona users have been invited over to the Black Cat Clubhouse to get together and celebrate the fact that we all miraculously made it to see Christmas, somehow. The kotatsu has been brought over from next door so that there are two sitting in the middle of the living room with enough space to comfortably fit a dozen people, more if squashed together, and the rest of the house is toasty warm from all the cooking and baking that was done over the hours prior. Set on the dining room table in buffet style is an assortment of traditional Christmas food (according to Google), such as fried chicken, potato salad, fancy wagashi, and strawberry shortcake Christmas cake, along with traditional actual dinner items for people who want actual food, like sushi, sukiyaki, grilled fish, curry on rice, and croquettes.

There's a karaoke machine set in the living room alongside a projector for movies, if anybody even knows what a VCR player is to be able to connect the two and show movies, and the snow is falling pretty heavily over the afternoon and evening for those who want to go out and play. Have snowball fights! Or build snowmen and igloos! Or destroy said snowmen and igloos with snowballs! For anybody being too disruptive, or is antisocial and trying to hide, you're liable to be hit by a Wolvaan spell that turns you into a cute dog so people can swarm you for hugs and pets instead. The culprit is a happy little golden retriever trotting around the house that goes by the name of Ala. Please pet her too.

If there's alcohol or mistletoe at this party, somebody else is going to have to step up and take responsibility.

[Toki has somehow gotten hold of pom Rei. The little dog that won his heart over at the bathhouse. She's soft and fluffy and makes cute little yapping noises. He attempts to keep her on his lap, sitting by the kotatsu, but cats are more apt to lie there and do nothing and not dogs.]

I should have made you a sweater too~!

[One day, when he can knit half-way to decent again, he will make pom and rabbit sweaters.]

[ Does Toki know that this little pom is Rei...? Of course, she stays on his lap because she's perfectly happy there. She lets out a small agreeing yap because a sweater would be nice! She has all this fur, but it's more for show than anything. Have you ever seen a wet pom? They're tiny when their fur is wet and that is Rei. ]

[ She moves so she can get underneath Toki's hand and give herself some pets. ]

[yokeye]

[He does not. It could be Terry. Pom sweaters for all... Only, there's a lot of fur, and maybe they don't need sweaters with that type of coat. Something to ponder.

Toki pets her gently. He has a plate of sushi nearby, and reaches for it to grab a piece and offer it to the pom. Back at the academy, he almost poisoned a couple of cats by not knowing what type of things they could eat. Hopefully, this won't be a similar scenario.]

[ Apparently, dogs can eat sushi but only in moderate amounts so... obviously not something that Rei can do. She excitingly eats the piece of sushi and it's so good! Maybe because she's even smaller, little tiny pieces are more filling and delicious, so she yaps again and begins to jump. Give her more!! Let her eat everything!!!! ]

[yokeye]

[Toki laughs, because the dog is happy. He pats her on the head.]

There's more! Don't get too excited!

[He will give her all the sushi she wants.]

[ She's getting very excited because she can eat as much as she can without worrying about finishing off all the food at the party. She might actually get full for once! That's exciting! ]

[ ... ]

[ It's actually not because now she feels sick. She ate too much and that was a mistake. She lets out a whine. Bleh. ]

[yokeye]

[Toki pushes the sushi plate further away.]

Are you okay, Hana-chan?

[Yes, unknown dogs are also Hana-chan until he knows if it's Rei or Terry, or another pom altogether.]

[ Hope Orien is around to help... but Rei lets out another loud whine and flops on Toki's lap, curling up. Apparently, dogs can die if they eat too much and too fast... ]

[yokeye]

[Oh no. Is she dying? Are dogs allergic to rice? This is why Yuya always took care of Kuroko...]

Hana-chan?

[With no response, he just shouts.]

Help! I think I killed Hana-chan!

[ She's dying :( somebody please help ]

[ Maybe this party needed a chaperone. Orien makes his way to Toki and pom Rei. ]

Please hold her for a second.

[ Orien turns tiny and goes in Rei's mouth and down her throat to eat the excess food and slithers back out. He doesn't feel good about doing that. ]

[yokeye]

[At least Toki didn't have to see that, and will only know that Orien showed up to help somehow.]

[ Orien is taking one for the team... thanks for the help because shortly after that, Rei feels a lot better. She was kind of passed out while that was happening so she doesn't really know (thank god), but she will have some idea that Orien helped. ]

[ She will stand back up and bark. She is back!! And better!! ]

[yokeye]

[She's saved! But maybe not for long. As soon as she barks and Toki knows she's okay, he's picking up pom Rei and holding her too tightly while he sobs over the close call.]

[ She lets out a small yelp as she's picked up and held a little too tightly. She's glad that she's suddenly better and that Toki could feel better about her revival, but it hurts a bit to be held like this. She squirms a little bit in his grasps, but she won't whine. She hopes that he gets the message from the little kicks of her feet. ]

[yokeye]

[After a few kicks, Toki sets Rei back down on his lap.]

I'm so sorry, Hana-chan. No more sushi.

[flowerclips]

[ I'm just going to have the Wolvaan spell wear off while Toki holds pom Rei or something so then normal Rei can just crush him and break a leg or something. ]

[ She barks once trying to say that it's okay. It's her fault too for eating so much so she walks on over and tries to nuzzle his hand. If it's not nearby, she'll just nuzzle his stomach. ]

[yokeye]

[Leg breaking is acceptable.]

I'm so glad you're okay...

[His hand is within reach, and he lets her nuzzle. He won't be feeding any more animals in the future.]

[ She will nuzzle! And then paw at his hand while standing on her back legs. Pick her up again so she can try to nuzzle that face and break that leg. ]

[yokeye]

[A happy pom is good, and Toki lifts her up likes she seems to want.]

[ She is picked up and she happily barks that Toki understood. She moves her little paws towards his general direction so she can try to reach out, but right at that moment, Wolvaan decides to wear off. ]

[ ... ]

[ Rei turns back to normal and immediately falls right into Toki's lap not so gently. ]

[yokeye]

[Toki isn't expecting the sudden shift, and certainly can't hold Rei like that, so down she goes. Something snaps and then Toki is screaming. It's a femur, which should withstand quite a lot, but it doesn't. Fragility is a very bad attribute in Hirajiro, it seems.]

[flowerclips]

[ RIP Toki's femur... ]

To-- Tokidoki?! I-I'm sorry, I--

[ Rei is panicking because she can definitely tell that she broke something and she immediately summons Ananke to spam her strongest healing spells on Toki. Maybe that'll help a bit. In the meanwhile, Zhn will just fuck off to eat everything off the sushi plate that Toki originally had. He just sits there happily while Toki and Rei can scream. ]

[yokeye]

[He stops screaming after it's healed as well as can be expected. Half of it was panic screaming, as opposed to pain. Rei panicking herself and apologizing hurts far worse.]

Rei! It's okay! I'm okay! Don't worry!

[flowerclips]

[ Rei is still panicking. It's definitely not her fault because she didn't know that she'd turn back to normal at that moment, but that doesn't make her feel better. ]

A-Are you sure?! Is anything else broken?! I'll heal it right away!!
