[When Akira screws up and starts laughing, Toki does too. He drops his mic to the floor and there's a loud feedback screech over the song. He grabs Akira's arm and clings.]

[The music is still playing, but Akira allows himself to be clung to, and makes no effort to continue singing this song from hell.]

Come on, come on, let's get off of here. The song will end quick anyway.

[Toki stumbles and lets go of Akira as he blacks out. No more singing.]

[Akira ends up suddenly having to catch him, and it's not a glamorous catch but it keeps him from cracking his head open on the ground. So then everyone in the karaoke room watches Akira attempt to pull Toki offstage, and set him up in one of the booths.]

Hey, are you okay? Wake up!

[DID HE KILL CAT GUY...]

[Toki's only response is to drool. He'll wake up in an hour or so, and maybe throw up on whoever's nearby.]

[Akira kinda doesn't want to leave Cat Guy here with all these drunkards, so he just takes him on his shoulders again and goes back to the reception desk. Toki will awaken lying down on one of the well-cushioned lobby benches, with a blanket thrown over him and the night receptionist just sitting there doing her night receptionist things.]
