[ On December 1st, Hirajiro's residential district goes through a minor change, which is having Terry's two-story house appear right next to the Black Cat house. With Orien's help, Terry bought the land that the house sits on. Anyway, the house has two floors. The entire first floor has a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. When you climb up the stairs, you'll reach the second floor, which has four bedrooms with a bathroom connecting two bedrooms together. The bathrooms can be locked from the inside only. There is no master bedroom nor bathroom in this house. One of the rooms are soundproof, but Terry is not telling anyone which one it is. You'll have to find that out for yourself. AC and heater are fully functional.

Terry sent out a message to all the Guests. For those who don't have phones, Orien personally delivered the message to those people himself. The message is as follows:

We solved the housing situation. Terry will not ask anyone to pay rent, but the house isn't furnished at all except for a refrigerator and a fireplace. You'll have to buy supplies and furniture on your own. There are several conditions you need to accept if you choose to live here:

1) Please do not destroy the house or cause property damage. If you do, you're paying for the damages.
2) Clean up after yourselves. A clean house means no bugs and good standard of living.
3) Do not steal/take anything from the Black Cat house. (this needs to be mentioned because he had several door stealing incidents)

The address/general directions to the location has been mentioned, which is basically next door to the Black Cat house.

Feel free to make your own top levels and stuff. ]

[ Seto looks down and !!! another cute cat. There sure seems to be a lot of them, so he kneels down and sees if he can pet Rago on the head. ]

Hey there, are you enjoying your fish?

[He allows the petting, bristling a little under Seto's hand. Rago's tail swishes back and forth, an attempt to convey enjoyment of the fish. He's not sure if it actually does. How does this work? Does he have to meow? He's very interested on how Seto communicates.] Meow, meow. [He looks off to the side, because he doesn't know what might mean in cat language.]

[ Seto, unfortunately, doesn't understand cat talk like that. He can only understand animals when he reads their mind so now that he has his powers back, he'll do just that. He blinks and when he reopens his eyes, they take on the colour of red. Let's hear what you're thinking, kitty. ]

[Rago looks a little surprised at the red eyes... is this child some other sort of demon? Is he mocking me with that smile? The little shit... I'll kill him.] Mrrr.

[ LMAO what terrible thoughts... they take Seto by surprise and the smile disappears for a moment. The demon comment stings a bit, but he pushes past it. He brings his smile back and pets him a bit more. ]

Oh, no, I'm not mocking you. I just thought you were a cute cat.

[ It's not like the cat can understand him, like all the other animals that he talks to, but it's just a habit to reply back to their thoughts. ]

[Rago hisses and moves away from Seto's hand. I'm not cute!] I'm not a cat! [A glare. He knows what you're saying.]

Oh, you can talk!

[ He states the obvious as he looks at Rago. He takes his hand back and drapes it over his lap as he continues to kneel down. ]

If you're not a cat, what are you?

A mononoke. [But Jiro said they didn't know what that was.] A demon. You heard my thoughts. [It's a statement with little emotion one way or the other. Though Rago got what he wanted here; he knows how Seto can speak to the animals. It works on demons, and presumably humans.] That's a dangerous power to have.

[ "A dangerous power to have", huh... Seto gives some kind of wry smile at that. ]

Yeah, I know. I don't normally use it except for animals, so sorry for reading your thoughts. I won't do it again.

[Rago isn't worried about it; it may even be useful later with all this Kotengu nonsense.] Hn... You're forgiven, however I am a very powerful demon and I request offerings in exchange for this pardoning. [Fish puree and a nice place to nap. One of those heated "cat beds". Which is something he won't ask for out loud.]

[ Seto has turned off his ability, reverting his eyes back to their regular brown colour, after learning that this cat is not really the cute little animal that he thought he was. He tends to not like using it on anything other than the occasional animal and he definitely leaves humans alone. ]

What kind of offerings does a powerful demon request?

[ A more normal smile returns to Seto's face, albeit a bit small. ]

[It seems the boy is no longer listening. Rago takes note of the eye color change a bit too late.] As such a powerful demon, I've had a lot of very generous offerings, and I feel the need to... experience something more in line with my chosen form. Such as... [His eyes dart around the room, then his gaze returns to Seto and he whispers:] Can you get me a heated cat bed and more of that nerd's fish puree? [The nerd is Terry.]

[ He follows Rago's gaze then looks back down at the "cat". He laughs. ]

Haha, sure, I can get that!

[ Can he slap a demon on the back like he does with everyone? Well, he can't do it super hard or he might squash the cat body so he just pats him gently on the back. ]

[This time, Rago isn't annoyed by the touching. He's decided he likes Seto, and he'll make sure that Jiro is nice to him, for... reasons.] Meow! [And then he's gone in a puff of smoke.]
