[OPEN] fastforwarded to december 1. open house!!

[ On December 1st, Hirajiro's residential district goes through a minor change, which is having Terry's two-story house appear right next to the Black Cat house. With Orien's help, Terry bought the land that the house sits on. Anyway, the house has two floors. The entire first floor has a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. When you climb up the stairs, you'll reach the second floor, which has four bedrooms with a bathroom connecting two bedrooms together. The bathrooms can be locked from the inside only. There is no master bedroom nor bathroom in this house. One of the rooms are soundproof, but Terry is not telling anyone which one it is. You'll have to find that out for yourself. AC and heater are fully functional.

Terry sent out a message to all the Guests. For those who don't have phones, Orien personally delivered the message to those people himself. The message is as follows:

We solved the housing situation. Terry will not ask anyone to pay rent, but the house isn't furnished at all except for a refrigerator and a fireplace. You'll have to buy supplies and furniture on your own. There are several conditions you need to accept if you choose to live here:

1) Please do not destroy the house or cause property damage. If you do, you're paying for the damages.
2) Clean up after yourselves. A clean house means no bugs and good standard of living.
3) Do not steal/take anything from the Black Cat house. (this needs to be mentioned because he had several door stealing incidents)

The address/general directions to the location has been mentioned, which is basically next door to the Black Cat house.

[ Terry's just thinking of the time when he had deeper kisses with her and maybe he should just... take it slow for her. But his thoughts are interrupted when he sees Seto going red. ]

[ Seto has heard and seen some terrible things when he was a kid, still trying to adjust to his powers, but this... this may be the worst one yet. It's all the more embarrassing because it's Kido and he just wants to bury his face in his hands. In fact, he does that with one hand right now. ]

[ He can see that from the way Seto's eyes are red, but he doesn't know what his does. ]

Terry's head might as well turn into a tomato. Too bad that doesn't stop his thoughts from remembering the times when Kido was a lot bolder. ]

[ Typically, he can do it by focusing and calming down, but that's when he's distressed and it acts up. When it occurs like it did in his childhood, sudden and random, he just has to wait it out. ]

[ Terry seems like a good guy and all, so he just hopes that Kido is doing okay. He seems to have missed out on a lot of stuff. ]

[ Ah. Terry looks hesitant for a moment. There's a lot of things running through his mind at breakneck speed, like a mishmash of flashbacks. It's pretty much all the bad memories where he almost killed Kido. He bites his bottom lip, but he does think about Kido's words when he came back from having taken over by a Shadow, saying that she wanted him there. That's all he wanted to hear from her. ]

... I'm happy, nya. You'll have to ask her if she feels the same, nya.

[ It's really bittersweet. ]

[ Seto supposes that it's kind of a dirty trick, to ask a question and supposedly give them an option to not answer it yet having the ability to read their mind. Stealing eyes isn't particularly powerful right now, turning on solely as an accident, so it can't keep up with all the flashbacks or memories, but he can get a general idea. So, he just nods and smiles. ]

I'm glad.

[ He doesn't know if he should just approach Kido and bring it up suddenly, but he will have to tell her that he accidentally discovered their relationship. Based on what he knows of Kido, he can't imagine her enjoying PDA or being very open about it, so he'll have to show some tact for starting that conversation. As he ponders over this, his eyes revert back to their regular brown colour and now, he can't hear any more thoughts or feelings. ]

Ah, it turned off now. Sorry again about that. I don't use my ability unless I really have to and accidents are... rare, but I try to keep myself away when it happens.

You should probably keep the power hidden, nya. Some people here are really really touchy about keeping secrets and everything to thrmselves.

[ He nods. He can understand that. He's not fond of wanting to learn about people's secrets, anyway. ]

Thanks, Terry, I'll keep that in mind. I only normally use it on animals, but I'll be more careful around the house and others so I'll head out to the forest for that.

[ It's actually nice having a forest nearby. It's just like when he was a kid and ran off in there for entire days and maybe a night or two when the sun went down and he couldn't direct himself back home anymore. ]

Don't tell Kido about that, nya. She'll scream at you that there are bears and stuff, nya.

[ He laughs a little. Yeah, he can definitely imagine Kido yelling at him because he went out into the woods. It reminds him of the time that he ran out into the forest and disappeared for an entire day, meeting Mary. He got a real chewing when he returned. ]
