If there's ever a time that Terry will pass out for an extended period of time towards the end of the two days, the Doctor will start to get bored and look for other patients that he can "save". The nurses will then take his body and throw it into one of the trash piles in the corner. From there, Terry can crawl his way out from the third floor and somehow make it up the stairs, haha.
