1/11 training and breakfast
[ As last minute prep for the dungeon, everybody has been called to get together for a training session during midnight at Lockdown, with promise of a light breakfast at the clubhouse afterwards and the suggestion that people take it easy during the day before they split up into their respective teams and head to the castle and the mountains.
Training is largely done in the school shrine, on the second floor where there's wide empty space without the maze to account for, where you can practice tactics together, or take on the Minato challenge where he has Messiah blast you apart in half a second and then immediately heals you and asks if you want to go again.
Breakfast at the clubhouse is split between western and traditional styles, whether you crave fluffy pancakes, or are more of a miso soup and grilled fish on rice sort of person. If you want anything in particular for lunch, Kido is on lunch duty and promises to make whatever you want, so long as you go out to the store and bring the ingredients back.
Thanks to everybody's efforts so far during the month, whether it's interacting with the townspeople or talking with the mayor or donating gemstones to the mountain shrine, the effects can already be seen around town, with the townspeople less wary of the Persona users, allowing them to purchase what they want in the stores if they want to have their own supplies to take into the dungeon later.
Now go out there and get along and learn to work together or is2g ]

[ She should because it must be super frustrating to train these idiots. ]

[ That's assuming that Rio would want to stay here. ]
no subject
You mean a business here?
no subject
[ Then she realizes that some people do want to go home. Oops. ]
Oh, um, if you want to stay.
no subject
There's a lot of important people and things I need to return to. I'm not planning to stay.
no subject
Mm, I think a lot of people want to go home. Only a few want to stay...
[ Based on how Rei assumed that Rio would stay and how she seems disappointed that only a handful of people want to stay, it's obvious what her endgame choice will be. ]

Most of the people who want to stay are probably your family though, aren't they?
no subject
[ Even if Rio pointed a gun at her when they were kids... and all the other people who called her an idiot :( ]

What is your world like?
[ She realizes that she never asked Rio. ]
no subject
[Because Rio's totally your regular run-of-the-mill murderchild.]
no subject
[ No, wait, that's wrong. ]
Oh, um, except for some Persona users. Leader and Vice Leader's teams are from my world and they already had Personas when I've met them.

[ Granted, there are a lot of things that Rei doesn't know, but she would have thought that it'd come up if there were Persona users around. She also lets the "when I was alive" comment slip. She has become more used to accepting that she's dead and being able to talk to it. ]
Maybe because it's a secret?
no subject
[She says that with complete certainty.]

Oh, he sounds really cool! Leader had a detective on his team too. She was an ice detective!
[ And then she does the pose that she makes for two seconds in that video... WAIT THERE IS FANART TOO so she makes this pose. ]
no subject
[The fuck is that supposed to mean.]
no subject
[ She makes the pose again. Rio's going to ask her what that means because otherwise, Rei won't explain it. ]
no subject
What is Ice Detective supposed to mean?
no subject
[ ... well, they really did have an actual detective but Aigis called Teddie an ice detective with that definition so that's what Rei remembers. ]
