1/11 training and breakfast
[ As last minute prep for the dungeon, everybody has been called to get together for a training session during midnight at Lockdown, with promise of a light breakfast at the clubhouse afterwards and the suggestion that people take it easy during the day before they split up into their respective teams and head to the castle and the mountains.
Training is largely done in the school shrine, on the second floor where there's wide empty space without the maze to account for, where you can practice tactics together, or take on the Minato challenge where he has Messiah blast you apart in half a second and then immediately heals you and asks if you want to go again.
Breakfast at the clubhouse is split between western and traditional styles, whether you crave fluffy pancakes, or are more of a miso soup and grilled fish on rice sort of person. If you want anything in particular for lunch, Kido is on lunch duty and promises to make whatever you want, so long as you go out to the store and bring the ingredients back.
Thanks to everybody's efforts so far during the month, whether it's interacting with the townspeople or talking with the mayor or donating gemstones to the mountain shrine, the effects can already be seen around town, with the townspeople less wary of the Persona users, allowing them to purchase what they want in the stores if they want to have their own supplies to take into the dungeon later.
Now go out there and get along and learn to work together or is2g ]

[Host, huh.]
Anyway, I'll keep trying. Someone's got to do it.
[Even if Jiro is a butt!!]

How's the progress looking? Think they'll be able to shoot a gun without blowing out their own brains by tonight?
no subject
[It's shooting others that's the problem.]
no subject
[ Shooting others never even crossed her mind, but that's the follow-up. ]
no subject
Not if they accidentally shoot each other instead. That's the real danger.
no subject
[ That's not fixing the problem!! But it does sort of mitigate it somewhat. ]

[ GOOD LUCK
All this is something they all should have been practicing before this training session, honestly. Maybe Rio should focus her efforts on just Rio, who has deadly projectiles, instead of the others. ]

[ Just improve their aim!!! It doesn't have to be perfect. ]

[ If people are going to shoot each other, Ala would nix the idea for now, and bring it back later when they aren't pressed for time. ]

Part of it was a deterrent.
no subject
[ Like... teaching people not to team kill? It shouldn't be something that needs to be taught. (and yet...) ]

[She nods in Rei's direction in particular.]

[ For people who think it's so easy to just pick up a gun and shoot it, but there's so many more steps involved and all the responsibility that people don't think about, that's easier to experience and learn rather than being told.
It's an offer to teach anybody interested, but in the end, only those who are serious about it will stick it out, and it'll be their own decision. ]

Mmhm, there's times to be serious, when fooling around can get you and everybody else killed. Minato's sorta doing that too, "killing" people like it's nothing, to show how easy it would be. And the Daitengu's gotta be tougher than him, right?
no subject
If he were easier, we could just rely on him and Souji to win for us.
no subject
[ It could have happened, the two Attendants going to the shrine dungeon and the rest of them going to the castle. The numbers would have worked out. ]
If you send them, you'd be safe, right? You wouldn't have to risk your own life. You could just sit back and let them do everything; they're capable.
no subject
[Like... seriously.]
Battles aren't about feelings, they're about doing what it takes to win. But with our current numbers and scenario, it's wiser to split our forces as evenly as possible to make sure we have people who can gather information without falling to whatever's waiting for us.
no subject
[ Minato the heavy hitter, and Souji being the one who'd comb through everything and make sure they don't miss any information. ]
What about when we fight the Kotengu? How should we do that? You can't summon either, so it'll be tough... I sorta wish Zashiki Warashi could do the same as me.

As for the Kotengu, if it's one battle, we can go in as a group and be ready to split into smaller ones if needed. It depends on if we find out anything from this dungeon that we'll need to keep in mind for dealing with him.
