I - 11/17: early morning, torii dimension (locked to Sasuke)

[ Terry had been a zombie for several days, and in complete stasis, despite the numerous wounds he was bleeding from that have never healed. It doesn't look like he's been bleeding while here though and he finally opens his eyes for the first time in days. ]

Where am I...?


II - 11/17: afternoon to evening, town

[ Terry lost all his memories. Good thing he and Orien met up. Maybe Sasuke also relayed the basics to him too. Either way, Orien got him a fresh set of clothes after Terry cleaned himself in the bathhouse. He's no longer a bloody mess. Orien is being a good tour guide and telling Terry where everything is, what he did, etc. Orien is treating this like Terry has been leading a normal life here. Don't fuck it up. He has glasses on too, since Orien brought that over as well. ]


III - 11/18: morning, torii (locked to Sasuke)

[ Terry regains all his memories. Everything. It takes so much not to lash out and he's started to feel desperate after experiencing the events on the 17th. He hides in the forest and revisits the torii. Please let him in. ]


IV - 11/19: lockdown, fear floor (limited to 2 people)

[ It's a ruined city. If you've seen Terry's memory floor previously, you'll see that it's the same city as before. However, there is no ongoing destruction. Everything has already happened. You'll see three people: Terrence, who stands at a distance from the other two, Terry who seems shell-shocked by something, and... another Terry? It's Shadow Terry, making a reappearance, grabbing a hold of Terry's collar and yelling at him.

It's a mess already. There's a reason this is the fear floor. ]


V - 11/23-25: black cat house, around town

[ A) Black cat house: There is a big, fluffy samoyed dog in the crane room that's looking down at the 30+ cats and petting them with his paw.

B) Around town: And now there's a big fluffy samoyed dog prancing around town that's petting cats again. Some cats have mixed responses to the petting. If he sees you, he'll give a short howl before staring at you. His omamori is completely hidden in his poofy fur, but if you dig through his fur, you'll see a glimpse or the usual red-brown that peeks through all the white. It's like a collar with a name tag... without the name. ]


VI - 11/28-29: around... town

[ Terry woke up inside Toki's body and he is having such a bad time. You can most likely find him lying down on the ground somewhere in town for one of many reasons. ]

Yuya, right? He was a great guy. I haven't seen him in a while though... hope he's doing okay. He said he was supporting Toki. [ He'll be heartbroken again when he finds out through pinpointing later... Terry looks over at the bottle. ] Can I just drink it from the bottle? I'm really thirsty.

[reveilation]

Yeah, that guy. He's been letting Tokidoki eat cat food.

[ It's a point she can't let go, because of how absurd it is. She pours a quarter of the bottle in the cup and hands it to him. ]

It's no good if you chug it all at once. You'll just pee it out and it's a waste.

[ Also she's 78% sure Terry will choke somehow. ]

I don't think Yuya would let him eat cat food... maybe Toki ate it when he wasn't looking? [ Yuya seemed earnest about it... Hm. Terry takes the cup and downs it all at once, since it wasn't much and holds out the cup to Kido. ] More!

[reveilation]

[ He didn't listen to her at all. This time, she pours him half a cup and hands it over; if he can't pace himself, she'll do it. ]

[overstrain]

[ Maybe it's from how Toki has lived with his body for so long that he's gotten so used to it, but Terry is definitely not used to it. His body freaking out when he's not in control really disturbs him. It's one of the slight fears he has that isn't disembodied hands, which is why charm/brainwash really fucked him up. Despite all that though, it's a little easier to smile. He doesn't know why. Terry smiles at Kido and drinks from the cup, but it's in smaller sips this time. ] Hey, hey. Kido. Do you like rings?

[reveilation]

[ It had better not be easier to smile in Toki's body because Terry has depression. All of this is terrible— seeing Terry smile so brightly except it's Toki, and Toki smiling so brightly except it's Terry, and she doesn't get to see those smiles when they're themselves. It's so weird. ]

I guess? I've never owned one, but they're pretty. Why? You want to get me one?

[overstrain]

[ That's... basically it. We can be sad together, Card. ] Yeah! Something like a promise ring! Was that what it's called? [ Since he thinks it's way too forward for it to be an engagement ring, despite the things they said to each other in the past. ] But if you don't like them, then I want to get you something else. Your birthday is about a a little over a month from now, right? I want to get you something nice too.

[reveilation]

[ I cry every day about August Terry being dead. ]

A promise ring would be nice... but you have to keep whatever promise we make, okay? I don't need anything else for my birthday besides spending some time with you.

[ Like how he spent his, she wants to say, but that was 40k years ago and he was drunk, so she doesn't expect him to remember. ]

[overstrain]

Okay! [ He remembers because they talked about some pretty important things back then and using pinpointing to help with his memory helped keep the memory alive. Terry continues to smile. ] Can you remind me to take the day off on the second? I have a feeling I might forget.

[reveilation]

[ She was going to suggest him calling right now so he doesn't forget, but it'll be in Toki's voice and that's no good. She can't do it either, because she already had to call about Terry not being able to come in today. ]

I can do that. But it doesn't have to be an all day thing. I'm going to want to spend some time with Seto, and maybe lie on the ground with all the cats for a couple of hours.

[overstrain]

Yeah, I know. I just don't wanna be super tired when it's time to celebrate your birthday. [ Don't you fucking love death flags, Card. ]

[reveilation]

[ I can't terrorize anybody in this game bc y'all do this and I want to cry all the time ]

You can lie on the ground with me and the cats. It'll be fun.

[overstrain]

Can I at least play with the cats while I lie down...? [ He still feels like he always wants to do something... when he's not sleeping. ]

[reveilation]

You probably won't have a choice, with the cats crawling all over.

[ Good luck lying there doing nothing without getting your hair chewed on or something ]

We're going to be in a room with all thirty five, and you can show me how that scalp massager works.

[overstrain]

Oh, that? That's easy! I'll definitely show you again! [ ... Did he do it before? He doesn't really remember. Terry finishes the cup and hands it back to Kido. He doesn't ask for more this time. ] ... Can I take a nap?

[reveilation]

Yeah, go ahead and sleep.

[ They're allowed to leave in another ten minutes, but whatever. It's not like the hospital's over capacity and needs the bed, and they can watch of Terry a little longer. ]

I'll be right here.

[overstrain]

[ Terry smiles and closes his eyes. He'll sleep off the rest of his time, because he feels exhausted. He's never felt so weak before, even when brought down to human levels, which is why he's even more worried for Toki. zzz... ]
